Town of Cabot ‐ Zoning and/or Subdivision Bylaw

The Town of Cabot is updating the zoning bylaw and subdivision regulations into a single unified development code.

Town of Moretown ‐ Municipal Plan Update
State Funds Awarded: $12,660 Local Match: $2,330:

Moretown is updating the Town Plan to address flood recovery by incorporating strategies for flood resiliency and fluvial erosion hazard protection.

Towns of Warren and Fayston ‐ Municipal Plan Update
State Funds Awarded: $14,000

The Towns of Warren and Fayston are conducting an economic development study for the Mad River Valley to help diversify the workforce and improve the local economy.
