What Do You Think Makes a Community Healthy?

Each community has unique needs and challenges when it comes to health and wellbeing. So how do we find out what is needed for the residents of Central Vermont? We ask.
CVRPC is working with Central Vermont Medical Center and over 50 other local organizations to conduct the 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This report helps to identify priority needs within the communities we serve, direct resources toward meeting those needs, and encourage a collaborative approach toward community health improvement.
MAKE YOUR OPINION COUNT
For the first time, we are asking residents to join the conversation about what we need to be a strong community. By taking our survey, your input will be used to help define community priorities in our 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment.
If you live in Washington County or one of the following four towns of Orange County – Brookfield, Orange, Washington or Williamstown – we want to hear from you.
Please join the conversation by taking the ONLINE SURVEY and by sharing this information with your friends and neighbors. The survey is only open until March 31, 2019, so please share your input today.
Thank you for your participation. TAKE THE SURVEY
