Good Samaritan Haven – Request for Proposals – Consulting and Project Management Services for CDBG-DR Grant
Good Samaritan Haven is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to support our proposed CDBG-DR project: relocating our Barre emergency shelter, renovating the new site, and transforming the existing floodway property into a flood-resilient community pocket park.
The Request for Proposals below outlines the scope of services, required qualifications, and submission details. Proposals are due Monday, December 15, 2025, by 5:00 PM. Questions may be directed to Julie Bond, GSH Executive Director, no later than December 10th.
Request for Proposals – Real Estate Development Services – 87 State Street – Montpelier
The Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission (CVRPC), in coordination with the Montpelier Commission for Recovery and Resilience (MCRR) is soliciting qualification-based proposals for real estate development services associated with the potential acquisition of the land and building located at 87 State Street, Montpelier, VT (the property). The value of this contract is expected not to exceed $25,000.00. Questions due 11/24/25. Proposals due 11/30/25.

Town of Warren – Request for Scope of Work: Property Management 2025–2026

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – Clean Water Partners
The Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission is the Clean Water Service Provider for the Winooski River Basin. CVRPC receives Water Quality Restoration Formula Grant funding to facilitate water quality improvements through the identification, development, engineering, design and construction of non-regulatory, phosphorous reduction projects as envisioned by Act 76, the Clean Water Service Delivery Act. The CVRPC is issuing this RFQ to identify (pre-qualify) Municipalities & Organizations willing to serve as Clean Water Project Partners to provide Project Management / Implementation services. Qualified Municipalities & Organizations will enter into a Master Agreement with the CVRPC for a three-year period (6 April 2023 – 5 April 2026). The CWSP will issue multiple project solicitation rounds during this period to identify and prioritize non-regulatory, water quality restoration projects for funding. Pre-Qualification for Engineering & Construction Services
The CVRPC is issuing a Request for Qualifications to identify (pre-qualify) firms willing to serve as Clean Water Project Sub-contractors to provide Engineering and / or Construction services. Qualified firms will enter into a Master Agreement with the CVRPC for a three-year period (8 January 2024 – 7 January 2027). A Master Agreement neither contains a Scope of Work nor a guarantee that one will be awarded. The Master Agreement will establish the general terms regarding the potential receipt of a subgrant or subcontract for a discrete Scope of Work from the CVRPC, in its capacity as the Basin 8 CWSP.
