Applicant Briefings Scheduled for DR4140

There are three applicant briefings scheduled for DR4140

The first meeting, will cover Caledonia and Orleans Counties,and will be held on Tuesday, August 13 at 10:00 a.m at the Lyndon Public Service Building on North Main Street in Lyndon.

The second meeting, will cover Chittenden and Washington Counties, and will be held on Thursday, August 15 at 10:00 a.m. at the Emergency Operations Center within the Dept. of Public Safety Building , 103 South Main Street, Waterbury, (photo I.D. required for building access).

The third meeting, Orange and Windsor Counties, will be held on Thursday afternoon, August 15 at 2:00 p.m. at VTrans Royalton Garage 1953 Vermont Route 107 Royalton, Vermont 05068 (802) 234-5718

Attached is the Request for Public Assistance form. Please have it filled out with your Town’s DUNS number, town office address and cost estimate of damages. If you can, please have it filled out so it’s ready to go to be handed to FEMA. The form says it expired April 2013 – it has been verified with VEM that this is the latest version to use.

Also attached is the Emergency Relief and Assistance Fund (ERAF) form for this disaster to be filled out.
