The Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 17th, 2026, beginning at 4:30 pm. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of the East Montpelier Town Plan 2026, and to make recommendations on whether to confirm the Town of East Montpelier’s planning process under 24 VSA Section §4350 and issuance of a positive determination of energy compliance as per 24 V.S.A. §4352.
