Reminder: Tier II Reports Are Due March 1st! 

As established in the federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Tier II reports are submitted annually to the State, the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), and the local responding fire department to increase the public’s knowledge of hazardous materials in their communities, and improve emergency planning.


Vermont is requesting Tier 2 forms be submitted electronically through EPA’s Tier2 Submit software.
