SIXTEEN Central Vermont communities have had their pre-disaster mitigation (PDM) plans approved by FEMA! Those 16 towns are: Barre City, Barre Town, Berlin, Cabot, Calais, Duxbury, Marshfield, Middlesex, Montpelier, Moretown, Northfield, Orange, Plainfield, Waitsfield, Woodbury, and Worcester.
