Act 181

In 2024 the Vermont Legislature passed Act 181 to update Act 250, Vermont’s statewide land use permitting statute.  As part of Act 181, Regional Planning Commissions must submit a new Regional Plan and update their Future Land Use Maps.  That work is now in progress.
